Note: Only one gaming cable set is provided, so you need to order with HDMI cable for the Xbox 360/Xbox One/PS4/PC game system or with the Component video cable set for use with the PS3. All trade-ins include an A/V adapter cable for use when recording from a retro game console or a cable TV or satellite set top box.

Here's how to order your Trade in:

• Order your trade in on this page. Choose the game console you will be using.
• You will receive an order confirmation with an order number. Your order number is the Invoice number.
• Send your HD PVR back to Hauppauge (return locations listed below) with the order number listed on the outside of the box. Return only the HD PVR itself. You can keep the cables and packaging
• Once we receive your HD PVR, we will send you the new HD PVR 2 (or Rocket). We'll charge your credit card when we ship your selected HD PVR 2 model. We will ship trade-ins in North America, Europe, Australia or New Zealand.
